We are a cross-cultural, Bible-believing church, united by our faith in Jesus Christ - our Lord and Saviour.

Above all else, we love Jesus. We just love that someone like Him would love people like us. So we are passionate about hearing Him speak to us through the Bible. We delight to speak to Him in prayer and song. We rejoice in sharing His love with those around us.

We love each other in our community. We rejoice with each other in the good times. We cherish each other’s support and care in the hard times. We are blessed to journey through life together.

We love our city. We energetically engage with the pulse of Chatswood. We seek to bring God's love to the community, and compassionately serve the less fortunate with the resources that God has blessed us with.

We’d love for you to visit us sometime and we are sure you will feel at home!

We believe that God is the sovereign creator of all things, seen and unseen.

We believe that His most cherished creation: us, rejected Him and decided to rebel against His rule. We call this sin.

We believe the punishment for sin is judgment and death.

We believe that out of His mercy, God sent His son Jesus to die on the cross so that our sin is not counted against us.

We believe that Jesus was physically resurrected to conquer death once and for all, and that we share in this victory.

We believe that God is still working in His people today and reveals Himself through His Son who saves us, through the Bible which teaches us, and through His Holy Spirit who empowers us.

We believe in God’s calling for us to be generous, to be compassionate, to seek justice, and to accept and love Jesus as our personal Lord and Saviour.

Our team of leaders know, love and walk closely with God. They are passionate about teaching the Bible and strive to make decisions that honour and please Him.

They are a friendly and approachable bunch, so feel free to approach them with your questions, or just for a chat.

“I love that Redeemer seeks to purposefully engage with the Chatswood community.

There are many opportunities here to share the gospel to those who don’t know Jesus and it is awesome that, together as a church, we can strive to get to know the people of Chatswood by contributing actively and having a distinct presence in the community.”

- Angie

"At uni, hope can be found in a number of places—surviving assessments, securing a job, making a real impact in the vocation you’re preparing for. As a student I hope for all of these things.

Yet I’m convinced that in Jesus, there is a far deeper and more long-lasting hope than even these. What we know about Jesus is grounded firmly in history, and yes he did die, but he also rose back to life again, and he lives now to offer lasting hope to all who would have it.

Hope of life everlasting; hope of life lived to the full right now."
- Nick

“At Redeemer Kids, we seek to engage children of all ages with stories and promises from the Bible.

We have fun learning about God through exciting kid’s talks, songs, craft and activities. We’d love to welcome you and your family into our community here in Chatswood!”

- Viv

“It’s a very simple story. One day, my wife and I were babysitting at our daughter’s place and she was reading a book to me called ‘Everyday Christian’ and she was talking about a church in your backyard.

Then I had a lightbulb moment when this conference venue became available. This is a church in our backyard. And together we have a passion for reaching those who are seeking to know Jesus, and what better place to do it than in your backyard in the heart of Chatswood.”

- Stephen

"Music enables us to express the truths of the Gospel in a way that is unique, memorable, emotional and inspirational.

Singing at church is much more than a means of enjoyment. It’s about proclaiming the Gospel by neatly and creatively binding God’s Word with melody, harmony and rhythm.

We sing because He is worthy. We sing because it reflects who we are as Christians.”
- Bianca

“I’m excited to see how God will use this new church to serve the people within and around Chatswood.

Really looking forward to meeting new people, especially those who haven't yet heard about Jesus. I’m keen to see Redeemer grow to be a part of the community and grow the community itself, as it unites all people from different walks of life with the love of Jesus.”
